Trained by supplier of the equipment in the process of installation and debugging, people can operate and solve the basic mechnical problems independently. In addition, the persons who work in general engineering such as refrigeration, boiler, and transformer substation shall be undertaken by skilled workers.

Warranty:

2. Guarantee period shall be within 12 months from the date of acceptance. During this period, if there are quality problems, we will provide solution by verbal or written communication. Q: What is freeze drying processing ?
A: Freeze-drying-technically known as lyophilisation, lyophilization, or cryodesiccation-is a dehydration process typically used to preserve a perishable material or make the material more convenient for transport. Freeze-drying works by freezing the material and then reducing the surrounding pressure to allow the frozen water in the material to sublime directly from the solid phase to the gas phase.

Q: How many properties of freeze-dried products?
A: If a freeze-dried substance is sealed to prevent the reabsorption of moisture, the substance may be stored at room temperature without refrigeration, and be protected against spoilage for many years. Preservation is possible because the greatly reduced water content inhibits the action of microorganisms and enzymes that would normally spoil or degrade the substance.

A: The buyer shall pay 30% of the contract amount to the seller by T/T as down payment within 10 days after the contract is signed and shall open 120 days. Irrevocable letter at sight of Documentary credit 65% of the contract amount and shall be effected against the presentation of the seller's drafts drawn at sight, on the opening Bank accompanied with the shipping documents. 5% of contract amount will be paid by T/T to the seller within 10 days against the presentation of signed acceptance letter by the buyer.
